Return & Refund Policy

At JoJo Luxe Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs. Due to the nature of our products, all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for wigs that are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, installed, washed, altered, or had the lace cut are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos if applicable.

Conditions for Return

  • The wig must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Lace must not be cut

  • Packaging must be intact

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

Custom wigs (including specific lengths, colors, or styles) are non-refundable.
